  • While we all enjoy time kayaking on the water, we also must recognize that bad weather can sometimes ruin our fun. Our goal is to ensure the safety of all of our guests while at the same time enjoying the great location for your kayak experience. Click below to read more about our weather policy. 

  • Typically, 4-8 Kayaks (singles or tandems) led by the Tour Group Leader 

    Note; exceptions can be made upon request - call 251.223.4055.

  • Please visit our BOOKING SITE to schedule your excursion details (Dates, Times, Equipment, etc.) We offer 2-hour, 4-hour, and full-day rentals.

  • All tours and rentals launch and return at OUR PRIVATE BEACH, in Gulf Shores Alabama. No need to transport to/from remote locations. 

  • You’ll find pricing options based on equipment selection and length of usage. Please visit our BOOKING SITE to select and schedule your excursion details (Dates, Times, Equipment, etc.).  

  • From 8:00 am to 7:00 pm - (April through October)

    From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - (November through March)

  • Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Anyone under 8 years old must wear a Coast Guard Approved Life Vest (Personal Floatation Device - PFD) at all times NOTE: It is always the PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to decide whether your children wear a life jacket, even when the law does not require it. Specific details can be found in our Waiver Form.

  • All rentals include a Kayak (Single or Tandem), Paddle(s) and Coast Guard Approved Life Vest(s) Fishing Outfitted Premium Kayaks come with Sit-on-Top seats, a Fishing Rod with Basic Tackle setup, and Frozen Shrimp Bait (see our pro-shop for extras).

  • Dress for getting wet (immersion or rain). Protect exposed skin with clothing and/or sunscreen during the hottest part of the day. Protect your eyes with hats and/or sunglasses. Protect loose items such as hats, glasses, cameras, etc. with safety straps or dry bags to avoid loss from wind or accidental drop.

  • Water, snacks, sunscreen, a charged smartphone with drybag, and an extra layer of dry clothing in another dry bag. Items will be available for sale in our pro shop if you forget something. 

  • For both GUIDED and NON-GUIDED reservations we refund 100% of your money with at least 24 HOURS' NOTICE prior to launch For GUIDED TOURS, on cancellations made with LESS THAN 24 HOURS notice, we will keep a 20% cancellation fee.
     
    NOTE: If tour is cancelled by our Marina staff due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances you will be refunded 100%. 

  • Group tours and rentals are easily booked through our booking system. You can view all of our tour and rental options at the BOOKING LINK.  Larger groups for parties, family reunions, business adventures, and social groups should call our number to check availability and times. 

  • Dolphin pods frequent Dolphin Cove, Bon Secour, and Oyster Bay on a daily basis year-round. Dolphins are wild animals so there is no guarantee they will be here during every kayak tour but the chances are very likely given the natural habitat of our location.  

  • Alcohol use is NOT permitted on our GUIDED TOURS out of respect for other participants. Freestyle and Fishing Outfitted kayak renters may consume their own beverages responsibly.

  • Pets are NOT allowed on our Guided Tours, except when it is a Certified Service Animal. Pets ARE allowed on our Freestyle and Fishing Outfitted kayak rentals. Note, however, that you will be held responsible for any equipment damage or cleanup costs our marina incurs.
